Oh it's been a crazy month!!!

I've been absolutely flat out for the past month but have been having the time of my life! Sara and I have been up to nothing but trouble and have left the boys in our wake. Well I'veleft boys in our wake, she actually manages to behave herself... ;-)

Well I'm still up in Broome and I figure I'll be here for about another month and then head back down to Freo. I've been working a bit for the website but mostly just hanging out at the bar. Surprise surprise!

Believe it or not, Meg is staying at a hostel!!! Well I wouldn't exactly call it a hostel as it's more of a resort for backpackers. Our days consist of waking up around noon, going to the pool. Then we start drinking about 3 and then it all goes down hill from there. Hey, I've got one hell of a tan though!!

It's all pommies up here (english people) and I've met so many interesting people. There is a group of about 10 of us that just go out on the piss every night and wake when we wake. Tuesday night I didn't get home until about 8am the next day... Debauchery full on!

So let's see, a quick rundown... been hanging out with the guy that won UK Survivor (and 1million pounds!) and the 2nd Big Brother, riding camels down the beach at sunset on what is possibly the most beautiful beach in the world (rated top 5 by Fodor's), having barbis on the beach, learning all about the pearling industry as that's what they do up here- the boys are out at sea for 3wks and then in town for a wk; it was a mate's 21st the other day and I ended up losing my bag with my phone, digital camera, frank and keys. I guess that's what I get for kissing boys! But hey, gotta promote worldly love!

What else... went out on a sail boat for the afternoon and got absolutely smashed from drinking wine in the sun and pretty much just having a rockin time. Catching random people shagging in the women's showers; getting caught on the security cameras myself... listening to live bands every night up at Murphy's (one of like 3 bars in this small small town) Needless to say, I am SO SO SO not looking forward to having to come home in December!

There was this one guy from Freo that had come up with a mate of mine who was just a bit crazy, certifiably actually.... First time I met him his name was Tom, by the time he got to Broome he was Bodi and then at the end he had changed his name again to Neo, saying that Tom and Bodi were dead and Neo meant new freshness and starting over.... After going on a 5day speed binge he decided he would walk to Broome from Halls Creek which is a fair 400km away... along the walk he found a dead kangaroo on the side of the road and cut it's paw off. He then proceeded to walk down the street hitchhiking until Jay finally went and met him 4 hours later. After a few days in Broome the hostel admitted him to the Mental Hospital and he had to be police escorted back to Perth. He provided such a laugh. At one point he said that the plantsoutfront weren't happygrowing the way they were and started just pulling them out of the ground tobring them back to life... It was absolutely hilarious. He would throw hisclothes into the pool to wash them and otherrandom stuff. At one point we were sitting by the pool and he pulled out his Penthouse magazine, pages stuck together and all, and startedshowing all of us the goods...

Seriously, this place is crazy but we've been having the time of our lives. It's almost like college yet none of us have to go to class EVER. Ah, the trouble...

Well, I've rambled on enough and it's time to get back out to the pool. Internet access up here is limited and expensive, so at the moment it's the difference between eating a meal or writing an email.... hmmm... you choose!
