So no matter how hard I try I can't seem to get out of Broome! I've been here 7 weeks now and it doesn't seem like I'll be heading back to Perth anytime soon. It's way too cold down there anyways and I have a tan to keep working on...

How the days are rough here... still just lounging by the pool and drinking into the wee hours. It's starting to get humid here and it's getting difficult to get motivated... Most of my mates that are still here leave to go to Perth within the next week so I guess I will be heading down there again soon. Not another 35 hour bus ride! There will be about 30 people I've met up here in Broome there anyways, so at least I have something to look forward to... I have a feeling that it's gonna get messy once I get down there ;-)

Oh the stories I have to tell from my adventures here in Australia... you won't even believe half of them... this group of pearler boys has come back into town for a week and i swear i've had more fun with them than any other group in whilst in aussie... these boys are just mad.... they spend 3 weeks at sea and then 1 week on land just getting pissed as possible... we start drinking at 10 and manage to go on thru the whole night... it's madness!

So i almost got myself kicked out of the hostel the other night for my ridiculous antics... oh well. to be honest i don't really remember much other than the fact that i told the boys i could keep up with their drinking... we then started doing shots of tequila and tabasco.... aghh!!! let's just say I've been told to watch my drinking and that I'm not allowed to have any boys in my room except for the ones that live there... oh megs. the things i get myself into!!

So my digital camera has been stolen and thus I don't have many pictures from up here but I do have the memories that will last me a life time. We went camping last night out on the beach and had just the most amazing time... I will definitely miss the stars when I get back to Dallas... they are different in the North then they are in the South... the stars and the fresh fish... that'll be the 2 things i miss most. random but hey then again so am i!!

Well just letting you guys know that I hadn't fallen off the face of the earth despite what many of you think-- I've just simply gotten wrapped up in Broometime... I miss you everyone but will be seeing some of you soon!
