Name: Yo! Sushi
Address: various locations
City: London England
Price Range: $
Type of Cuisine: Sushi

What's it like?
Unfortunately for me, eating at this hot spot was a hit-or-miss event. I went for the first time to the one located in Selfridges and had a pretty good meal. It was the end of the day so there were some great deals to be had. The next time, I went in Paddington Station and I was thoroughly unimpressed.

YO! Sushi first opened its doors in early 1999, featuring sunken tables, self-serve beer, smoke-extracting ashtrays, singing waitresses, tarot readings, massage, and bento meals. Sushi is presented on a conveyor belt ... it's constantly moving, and new things are added every little while, so just grab what you want and you're set. The premise is simple--each plate has a different color and each color is a different price. When you're done, just add up your plates and you know how much to pay. There are five levels of plate price (1.50 to 3.50), each indicated by a color. The Yo! Sushi menu provides a substantial meal including hot food on low-cost blue and green plates for less than 10. If you're rich, you can still hit 20 eating off the pink and purple plates.
