Nearly 32 kilometers east of Puerto Plata city, you will find the a quaint village of Sosúa that lies beside nearly two kilometers of long sandy beach. On either side of the tranquil cove lie two little villages, each with its manicured gardens, tree-lined streets, cozy restaurants and open-air bars. Sosua is suitable for families, couples and singles, who like to be entertained.
