Set in a two hectare site on the banks of the mesmerising Perfume River, with 200 metre long views along the river, La Residence Hotel
& Spa has the perfect location right in the heart of the city. The grounds have outstanding views overlooking both the Ancient Citadel
and the Forbidden City, providing the perfect location to explore the nearby treasures.
The building itself has a history almost to match the enchanting city in which it sits. The hotel has been constructed around the
renovated 1910 Art Deco building which was the official residence of the French governors in central Vietnam until 1954. All the
restored rooms have a different set up and decoration which reflects the French architects working there between 1910-1954.
After 1975 the building was used as the office of the house of representatives of the Republic of Vietnam when the original structure
was enlarged. And this most recent project has involved the renovation of the building, in keeping with the original Art Deco design,
creating one unique hotel complex that combines Vietnam's past, present and future. La Residence is thus an architectural mix of the
old and the new, which provides the 122 rooms and grounds with an atmosphere impossible to find elsewhere in Vietnam.
La Residence Hotel & Spa will allow visitors to enjoy an elevated level of trust and service quality in Hue. The hotel will offer
something for everyone from holiday makers and corporations to the luxury travel market.
The Spa offers both traditional Vietnamese massage and other international techniques provided by professionally trained local
masseuses. Set around luxurious gardens and over-looking the Perfume River, this is the perfect place to settle back and relax
after a hard day's traipsing around Hue�s cultural and historical treasures. Treatments are available in rooms for both individuals
and couples, including Jacuzzi and sauna, allowing release of both body and mind to the soothing Zen music floating in the air. The

The main restaurant serves Vietnamese, Asian and International cuisine in the most elegant of surroundings. It has an amazing

The meeting room offers a 280m2 versatile and flexible meeting space for up to 140 guests, with two boardrooms situated at the
