This is the hostel to stay at if you plan on spending time living and working in Freo and don't want to deal with a party every night. This is a smaller hostel than the others in the area giving it a very communal feel. There's lots of lounge space and room to hang out with your friends. The kitchen is small but the bathrooms are immaculate - a rarity these days. The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to activities in Fremantle.
