Travel to China
China is an enormous land that offers so much that you could travel there multiple times and never duplicate the experiences.

Find out why Beijing's Forbidden City, which once secluded its sacred Emperors, was considered to be the cosmic center of the universe. Stroll the wide stretches of Tiananmen Square, the largest public square in the world, and ne sure to tour the Temple of Heaven where Emperors used to make offerings to the gods.

Head to Shanghai, China's principal seaport and walk the Bund, the famous road along the river, visit the famous Yu Yan Gardens built during the Ming Dynasty and savor this sophisticated city that has managed to retain a touch of old Europe in its streets and buildings.

Further inland, in Xian, visit the Museum of Qin Terra Cotta Warriors and Horses which houses one of the world's greatest discoveries unearthed in the late 1970s and now under UNESCO's World Heritage protection. This amazing find includes seven thousand life sized clay soldiers and horses standing in battle formation along with two bronze chariots.

Take a cruise along the mythical Yangtze River, the longest river in Asia and the third largest in the world. A cruise along the river through the scenic Three Gorges provides glimpses of old China including hills covered with rice fields and fishermen on the shores.
