What were the accommodations like?
Corporate travellers have discovered the comforts of Bundaberg's newest accommodation, the Boulevard Lodge. And now, leisure seekers are also beating a path to the Best Western property.

Grant Sulzberger and Donna Coy run one of the friendliest and most comfortable accommodation addresses in Bundy.

Boulevard Lodge is a quality motel which features all of those facilities which the modern day traveller is constantly seeking.

A licensed restaurant, a coffee lounge and functions room, with spacious and well appointed rooms, featuring standard, deluxe, spa and family designs.

This property comes with its own gymnasium, undercover parking, satellite television and the Boulevard Lodge is located adjacent to a multiplex cinema, sporting club and the city's major shopping centre.

Spend a weekend in Bundaberg and still have change in your pocket - the Boulevard Lodge offers special weekend rates.

This allows visitors a full weekend in Bundaberg; and that's plenty of time to experience a viewing of the turtle hatchlings at Mon Repos, and take in a visit to the excellent Hinkler Memorial Aviation Museum.

Have we mentioned Bundaberg Rum, as yet? No need to, as everyone knows this is the home of Bundy rum.

Bundaberg is also rich in beautiful tropical fruits and vegetables, great fishing and for a spot of adventure you can go diving. The Coral Coast waters house the most southern section of the Great Barrier Reef. In fact, it's just a matter of motoring down to Bargara Beach, donning the flippers and the wetsuit and just a few strokes from the shore there are excellent diving locations.
