Beachcomber, just 17km northwest of Nadi, is popular, often packed, and precisely groomed
to be the ultimate resort and party spot for the backpacker set.
In being so supremely organized with consistent, timely and friendly service,
the resort has also filtered out the idiosyncrasies of Fijian culture.
Circling round the island takes 10 minutes, meaning no one is ever far from the
main lodge, where most of the action takes place. Reception is located here, as
are the phone, internet access, the island shop, and first aid office.
