Review of Baka Croatia BAKA
Calling Code: +

Baka is a town and port on the southeastern coast of the island of Krk, in the Baka Draga Valley. Next to the old part of the town a new part with tourist facilities has been built, making Baka a well-known tourist destination.

Today - thanks to the beautiful, 2-km long pebbly beach, to the cultivated valley pressed as a stage against the bay by the encircling mountains, as well as to its rich heritage - Baka is a place particularly attractive to tourists. Here you will find numerous entertainment opportunities, sports and recreational programs (tennis, golf, football, submarine sports, yachting). Along the 4-km long promenade there are bars and restaurants, offering a variety of dishes and drinks; all of this is sheltered by the idyllic aspect of an old Mediterranean town. The atmosphere of the traditional public feast is offered through carnival parades (in January and February). Numerous cultural and entertainment programs take place in the summer, the most festive being the traditional Fishermen's Day, abounding with fun and gastronomic specialties, with participation of almost all the domestic and foreign visitors.
