What's it like?
We happened upon Esquires to escape from the rain down by the Harbour. Esquires Coffee is your typical coffee house with racks of magazines and newspapers to read, comfy chairs and sofas to relax in,
and all the coffee drinks you could want or need. They also offer a great selection of muffins and breads as well as
gourmet sandwiches, paninis and juices.
I wasn't in the mood for coffee, so I had the Strawberry Extreme smoothie. I asked them to make it with water instead of milk (personal choice)
and it was great. The place was packed with busy workers at lunch or taking a coffee break. Esquires is right on the harbour with
several tables and chairs outside. On a nice day, this would be the perfect place to sit and watch the people go by.
There isn't much more to say about this place... if you've been to a coffee house or a Starbucks before you know what to expect. They
claim to use only organic fair trade coffee in all beverages and to grind the beans fresh to your cup
every time.
