What's it like?
Kindly curving arches, gentle staircases and specially designed walkways make for an easier than imagined climb.
It starts with a tingle of anticipation at the state of the art base complex - get yourself dressed in the latest cool
tracksuits, attached to a wire and trust that you won't fall off. With
your fears behind you, get ready to climb the Harbour Bridge, Auckland's latest adrenaline pumping adventure.
Enjoy amazing harbour views as you travel the eastern walkway for 600m before descending into the depths of surprising
Pier 2, home to AJ Hackett's Bungy Jump. Experience the movement of the Nippon Clip-Ons
before emerging between two lanes of traffic to climb to the upper spans. Finally climb to the bridge's highest point and have your
picture taken with the sparkling waters and city behind you.
Climbs are conducted in groups of 12, lead by an experienced guide who will conduct comprehensive safety information and provide
interesting and entertaining commentary throughout the 2 1/2 hr adventure.
