Night diving resources
Imagine that you are in a deep sea, into a cenote, or a lagoon in full darkness. Sound terrifying? Divers don't think so. In fact they describe nocturnal dives as one of the most fascinating and memorable experiences of their lives. Night diving is an absolutely unique experience. The brilliant rays of light that penetrate the dark underwater world create an intense sensation of adventure.

Night diving is safe and enjoyable if you take the necessary precautions. Here are some suggestions to ensure a great dive...
Dive in a place you already know.
Do it under optimal weather conditions.
The water should be as clear and calm as possible.
Do not do any deep diving in caves, sunken ships or in areas with strong current or low visibility.
Bring lanterns and additional batteries as part of your diving equipment.
Place lights on the anchor's line or the boat's stairs so you can find your way back.
Diving must always be carried out with a certified guide and knowledge of the area is mandatory.
Diving groups must include between two and four divers in order to get a better diving control.
